Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience high volumes of orders or during holidays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $69 (U.S. Only)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $69 within the U.S. For orders below $69, standard shipping rates will apply. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates depend on your location, the shipping method chosen, and the shipping carrier. Below are typical shipping times for U.S. orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on factors such as location and weather.

Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods for U.S. orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • DHL

Special Shipping Line: Economy Line – Direct Line Small Parcel
Packages shipped via this method use China Consolidated Air Freight + USPS local delivery.

  • Average delivery time: 8–12 business days
  • Once USPS has taken over the package, we cannot take responsibility for any issues that may arise.
  • If the package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or contact USPS directly for resolution.
  • We cannot process claims for damages once the parcel is accepted.
  • Delays due to weather, air traffic, or customs are not eligible for compensation.
  • Currently, there is no risk of customs duties.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or missing, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will assist in resolving the issue, but we are not responsible for packages that are lost after delivery or during the shipping process. Please make sure to provide a secure shipping address to avoid potential issues.
