Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, we do not accept full or partial cancellations. Please double-check your order before confirming.
  • Frequent cancellations may impact your ability to shop with us in the future. If you must cancel due to special circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Note that cancellation records will be stored in your account, and repeated cancellations may result in restrictions.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to reasons such as not receiving promotional gifts.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We only accept returns or exchanges if the wrong item was sent.
  • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@mikocraftshop.com with your order number and clear photos of the incorrect item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Upon confirmation, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you. You are required to return the incorrect item to a designated location before we can proceed with the replacement.
  • We will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the correct item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • For blind boxes and lottery-based products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • This policy complies with California law and does not affect your rights regarding defective or incorrectly shipped products.
  • Minor scratches, dents, color variations, or packaging damage that do not affect product functionality or value are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Discounted products and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Please make sure you are comfortable with the purchase before placing an order. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, feel free to contact us.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • We take care in packaging, but accidents during transit can happen. If your package is damaged, delayed, or lost during shipping, please contact the courier directly for compensation.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged after delivery.
  • If you opt for a no-signature delivery service (e.g., DHL No Signature Required), we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered." We recommend choosing signature-required delivery for added security.
  • If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to your courier service, local post office, or contact us for assistance. Missing package claims must be made within this timeframe; otherwise, we may not be able to provide compensation based on the courier service’s terms.

Different shipping methods include varying levels of compensation:

  • Express Shipping (EMS/DHL): Compensation may be available for lost or damaged items. Contact us for individual guidance.
  • Standard/Surface Mail: These shipping methods do not include compensation for lost or damaged items.
  • DHL Signature Release Option: If you opt for contact-free delivery, you accept full responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of your package after it is marked as delivered. We strongly recommend selecting the signature required option to ensure better protection.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued if the wrong item was sent and a replacement is not possible.
  • Refunds requested by underage buyers without parental consent will not be processed.
  • Once the refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund. If you haven't received the refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@mikocraftshop.com.
  • Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, labor strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or transportation delays. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations and fulfill your order as soon as possible.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we determine that they were placed by minors without proper authorization.
